IT Developer



General Requirements:   
*  D3/S1 degree from Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics or Engineering     
* Good communication and interpersonal skills     
* Discipline, outspoken, result and action oriented     * Self-motivated, self-starter, strategically & tactically thinking, and self-driven person     
* Independent and quick learner, hard-worker and a good team player     
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills     
* Able to work under pressure and tight deadline, and good in managing multitasking jobs     

Programmer Requirements:           
* Avid interest in  Software  Development   in  Linux Environment      OPEN SOURCES minded             
* Excellent programming skills     
* Familiar with Code Versioning system (CVS and SubVersion).      * Comprehensive understanding on object-oriented modeling/design/development, design pattern     
* Quickly develops and applies new skills. 
* Ability to code, test, debug and document applications under supervision of others   

JAVA PROGRAMMER  (Code JAVA) (8 Position)   
*  Solid working experience in Java (J2SE) & J2EE     
*  Fast learning for coding IDE (e.g.: Netbeans,Eclipse)

PHP PROGRAMMER (Code PHP) (2 Position)     
* Understanding  the strengths and limitations of web technologies: PHP, HTML, XHTML, DHTML, CSS, Flash, Ajax,  WEB.20  and other emerging platforms   

WEB DESIGNER  (Code WEB) (2 Position)     
* Understanding  the strengths and limitations of web technologies: HTML, XHTML, DHTML, CSS, Flash, Ajax, Flex,  WEB.20  and other emerging platforms     
* Expert in using graphic programs like GIMP, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver     
* Very creative person with a good sense of art.     
* MUST be able to provide portfolio
